The restaurant server works under the direction of the Food & Beverage Director. The primary responsibilities include serving guests, taking orders, delivering food and drinks to guests in a professional manner and providing exceptional service to your guests.* Deliver prompt, excellent service to ensure an exceptional guest experience* Maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant* Clear and reset tables* When complete, retrieve order from kitchen, confirm its accuracy, and deliver to guests along with appropriate condiments* Handle cash transactions in accordance with the property's cash handling policy* Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards and guest relations and etiquette* Knowledge of appropriate table settings, service ware and menu items* Assist busser with clearing and setting tables* Maintains current knowledge of hotel culture, amenities, services, events in the area, and points ofinterest* All other tasks and duties as assignedAt least one year of experience in a restaurant food runner roleHotel experience preferred
