**COVID-19 Update**
To our Landing community,
We recognize that times are uncertain and that the safest, most comforting place to be right now is home. However, home looks a little bit different; its become where we rest, where we work, where we homeschool our kids and where we virtually socialize with friends and family. At Landing we remain committed to our core mission: to provide an exceptional living experience for our members and we want you to know that our number one priority is the health and wellbeing of our Landing community. Were working diligently with our teams across the country to ensure that you feel supported and safe, whether youre currently looking for a new place to live or have plans to relocate in the future. Heres what we are doing:
Virtual showings and membership sign up
* Landing is still accepting new members and the application process from sign up to confirmation can be completed 100% online.
* All apartments are available to view through a virtual tour on the Landing website or through the Landing app.
Cancellations
* Landing members whose international travel is prevented due to implementation of state or national restrictions that go into effect after time of booking are eligible to cancel their Landing reservations and receive an account credit equal to any amounts already paid to or due Landing.
Apartment cleanliness
* Our cleaning process is based on an itemized checklist that all hosts must complete. This list now also includes additional measures to disinfect any high-touch or high-traffic areas.
* As always, we restock apartments with fresh cleaning supplies for members to have on hand before their move-in.
