We are looking for an individual that would assist in administrative tasks for a local Marketing Promotional and Printing company. We are a fast-paced, busy and profitable business providing embroidery & screen printing, signage, mailing, printing, graphic design and print marketing solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks (answering phones, email inquiries)
- Equipment ordering
- Invoicing
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate on the phone and in writing
- Adobe Suite knowledge is desirable
- Prior experience in the printing or mailing industry is a plus but not required
- At least 1 year of experience as an Office Administrator
