Our Denville, NJ office is looking for several Account Executives to educate, communicate and ultimately allow access to companies wishing to reach our engineering audiences. Our Account Executives build relationships with prospects and clients and educate them on our portfolio of: webinars, e-newsletters, podcasts, magazines, custom quizzes, web products, social media and other highly targeted lead generating and branding solutions. We are well known in our community for providing high quality, successful lead generating and branding campaigns. The individuals we hire will be trained, educated and mentored directly by our Vice President in our Denville, NJ office. Job Description:

Our Account Executivesactively engage with national businesses, creating long-term relationships, and digital, electronic, web-based, print and custom advertising options and solutionsto these national businesses.

Essential Functions:

  • Engage with clients to establish and nurture meaningful business relationships, offering strategic marketing solutions that drive results.
  • Conduct 40-55 targeted phone calls daily to build rapport and strengthen connections with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Generate revenue by establishing sales relationships and matching their marketing need to our engineering communities
  • Research clients to gain better understanding of their products and services with the ultimate goal of providing an appropriate marketing community/solution.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of marketing solutions and exceed client expectations
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities


Requirements:

  • 1 plus years of inside or outside B2B experience and/or new business development
    -in some cases other sales experience will be considered
  • Bachelor's Degree or applicable experience preferred.
  • Outgoing, friendly, motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal and sales skills: hunter mentality; entrepreneurial minded, professional in appearance and demeanor
  • Advertising sales, marketing sales, new business development and lead generation experience a definite plus.
  • Good business ethics and ability to represent our brands in a professional and enthusiastic manner. Both written and oral communication skills are a must.
  • Opportunity to travel and attend local trade shows

What we offer:

  • The positions are Salary + Commissions: Base, Plus Uncapped Commissions. An $800,000 territory will yield a salary + commission total of over $100,000. This number doesn't include any of our bonus or contest payouts either!
