Stretch Zone Franklin Job Description We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Manager to undertake all duties at the desk of our main entrance. We have a very busy business and need that right person that can help us grow. You will be the face of the company for all visitors and are responsible for the first impression we will make. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. Competence in dealing with complaints and giving information as well as a customer-oriented approach are essential. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises so as to contribute to an overall great experience with our business. Day to day duties include:-Scheduling-Taking phone calls-Check/reply to e-mails-Calling prospects-Ordering/stock. Learning the day to day operations and being the assistant to the General Manager.
