OverviewResponsible for maintaining, calibrating, and ensuring accuracy of gas and/or liquid measurement equipment. Responsible for equipment installation and maintenance of control devices.ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.* Responsible for maintaining, calibrating, and ensuring accuracy of gas and/or liquid measurement equipment. Responsible for equipment installation and maintenance of control devices.* Installs, programs and calibrates EFM flow computers, changes orfice plates and transmitters.* Collects gas and liquid samples.* Installs, maintains and troubleshoots process controls (pressure sensors, ESD, and level sensors).* Installs, maintains and troubleshoots EFM radio telemetry system both serial and IP.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.Mathematical SkillsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.Reasoning AbilityAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.Computer SkillsTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsValid Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record.Other Skills and AbilitiesStrong commitment to personal and job safety.Other QualificationsOne to three years of gas measurement experience.Working knowledge of gas/oil production equipment.Basic knowledge of oil and gas industry.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
