Duties and Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints (technical drawings) and written work instructions.
- Perform complex parts assembly operations using various tooling, fixtures, and hand tools.
- Experience in mechanical assembly is required.
- Ensure parts conform to Drawing Specifications.
- Participate in 5s, LEAN Kaizen, and problem-solving team activities.
- Adhere to all company safety requirements.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed, including weekends.
Qualifications:
Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of assembly experience in an Aerospace or Equivalent Manufacturing environment.
- Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English.
- Capable of meeting documented workmanship standards and passing company-sponsored training and certification programs.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Education:
- High School diploma or GED/Equivalent.
Years of Experience:
Other Preferred Attributes or Qualifications (not required):
- Six Sigma, 5S, and Lean experience are a plus.
