Assist with Orientation days, day to day office needs, and provide a welcoming environment via phone, email, and in person experiences.* This position runs from May 2024 until September 2024QualificationsMust be currently registered, full-time Pace undergraduate student and anticipated to be returning as a full-time undergraduate for Fall 2024Maintain at least a 2.5 GPA at the time of employment offer (March 2024) and at start of employment (May/June 2024) with at least 30 credits completed by the end of the Spring 2024 semesterMaintain good judicial standing at time of employment offer (March 2024) and at start of employment (June 2024)Available to attend all Orientation sessions and trainings* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel* Must be able to handle confidential information in a discreet manner* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Reliable and patient with visitors, guests, and students* Welcoming personality* Office experience a plus* Ability to work on a team* Strong customer service and organizational skills
