Hudson Park is looking for a FULL-TIME maintenance worker. 40 hours per week, hourly. A maintenance technician is responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures. They ensure that heating and plumbing systems perform at optimum functionality, the installations HVAC and, the upkeep of the landscape. Essentially, the goal of a maintenance technician is to maintain the facilities and common areas in the best possible condition. Maintenance technicians can work in a variety of settings including commercial and residential buildingsThis is an entry level position. This is not a housekeeping/porter position. Must have experience with basic construction, plumbing, electrical, painting, etc. Position requires lifting and is physical in nature.
