We're expanding in the local market and beyond, and we want to add members to our amazing team of Painters in Ankeny, IA! Join us in working for one of the area's leading property management companies!
What You Will Do
Lead the charge for painting excellence in property management to repair and maintain some of the best properties in town!
- Repair, replace, or install dry-wall
- Paint apartment units, hallways, breezeways, and clubhouse as required
- Travel between assigned properties (up to, but not limited to at least 10 properties)
- Work indoors and outdoors on assigned paint projects
- Offer recommendations and suggestions on paint products and materials
- Touch up paint needed in all areas of the property
- Frequently walk, bend, lift/pull/push up to 70 pounds
What You Will Need- Minimum one-year related experience (dry-wall and painting)
- High level of attention to detail
- Yardi experience preferred but not required
- Valid Driver License, reliable transportation and valid insurance required
- Ability to travel to assigned properties (up to, but not limited to at least 10 properties)
- Personal Smart Phone is necessary in this position
- Microsoft Office Suite knowledge preferred
- Ability to uphold the Company Vision and Values
