Senior Sales Account Executive

Compensation: Commission-Based, Potential to Earn $200,000+ Annually
Overview:
We are actively seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Account Executive with proven expertise in IT sales for the Texas, USA market. This commission-based role is designed for a driven sales professional who excels in developing client relationships and driving high-volume sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors across the USA.
- Become a trusted advisor by gaining an in-depth understanding of customer business needs.
- Effectively communicate and influence key decision-makers at all levels, including executive and C-level, to advance business goals.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our IT solutions tailored to customer needs and objectives.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas for potential sales improvements to exceed sales quotas.
- Monitor and report on key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Address and resolve complex client issues and escalate them when necessary.
- Continuously improve sales strategies and processes for greater efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree required.
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in technology sales, with a strong focus on the USA market.
- Valid U.S. driver s license and access to a vehicle.
- Proficient in English, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with Microsoft cloud solutions is a plus.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, time management, and project management skills.
