Position Details:
Title: Property Maintenance Technician
Location: Atlanta, GA
Shift: Dayshift, M-F
Compensation: $35/hr plus overtime.

Travel: Daily travel within region. 1-2 overnight travel typically in a month.
Position Description:
--- Provide routine maintenance and repairs for 40 to 50 company-owned Dollar General properties in a zone spanning a 320-mile radius
--- Conduct property inspections & submit deficiencies and T&M expenditures from spot-repairs to Field Operations Manager
--- Perform scheduled and nonscheduled general repairs, installation and maintenance to ensure continuous and safe operation of properties and mechanical systems
--- Support maintenance and repair by external vendors of HVAC, roof, parking lot and building exterior
--- Competent knowledge of OSHA safety standards, the use and care of tools and equipment for facilities and grounds maintenance and property repairs
--- Interact with tenants and contractors in a professional, timely manner
--- Respond to assigned work requests using Work Order Management system
--- Respond promptly to emergency situations and work with supervisor to prioritize activity
--- Inventory assets and log them in Work Order Management system
--- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
--- Limited overnight travel reimbursed by company
--- Operate and maintain company fleet vehicle
Requirements:
--- EPA Universal certification is required.
--- Minimum of 2 years of commercial and industrial HVAC experience required.
--- Must have a good driving record and be able to work independently.
