Sales BDC Representative Job Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online chat promptly and professionally.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Schedule appointments for customers to visit our dealership and meet with our sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Stay informed about our product offerings, promotions, and dealership policies to effectively assist customers.

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
