Volt is immediately hiring a* Maintenance Technician *for a property management company in Irvine, CA.
As a* Maintenance Technician *you will:
* A Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping the rental properties in excellent condition, both inside and out
* Troubleshoot, assess, repair, and replace HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
* Conduct preventative maintenance on the properties or within the units
* Repair or replace floors, ceilings, walls, siding, doors, door hardware, windows, window screens, and other general building items
* Maintain accurate record of daily maintenance records and action items
* Interact with vendors and suppliers in a professional manner
* Complete apartment service tickets and log all assigned work orders accurately and in a timely fashion
The ideal candidate will have:
* General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service
* Maintenance: 2 years (Required)
* Painting: 2 years (Required)
* Plumbing: 2 years (Required)
* Appliance repair: 2 years (Required)
* HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)
* Able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
*Schedule:* 9am-6pm
*Pay Rate:* $20-22/hr.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
Experience with the following is a plus:
* Appliance Installation
* Painting
* Plumbing
