Job Title: Restoration Estimator

Responsibilities: The Project Estimator plays a pivotal role in forecasting and budgeting for water, fire, smoke, and other damages, acting as the crucial liaison between sales and operations. Upholding strict adherence to budgetary constraints, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols, the Project Estimator conducts periodic site inspections, ensures comprehensive project documentation, and identifies potential areas of contention or claims in project design and execution. Responsibilities include comprehending estimate and scope specifications and generating estimates and budgets through on-site evaluations or leveraging geospatial technology. Proficiency in Xactimate, structural expertise, and ideally, prior experience in insurance restoration are prerequisites for candidates.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ Years of estimating experience, preferably within restoration.
- Working experience with Xactimate software.
- Experienced with with source removal, decontamination, mitigation,
- containment, ventilation, contents, and deodorization techniques
Nice to Have Skills:
- OSHA 30 Certification Preferred.
- General Contractor License Preferred.
- EPA Lead RRP (Renovation, Repair, and Painting) Certification Preferred.
