ATS Drilling, Inc. is a premier construction company located in Fort Worth, Texas performing caisson and foundation drilling services. Our 150-200 employees serve the highway, commercial, and marine construction industries and our customers include government entities and many of the largest general contractors in the United States.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning, and implementation of construction drilling projects. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the project, including estimating/budgeting, scheduling, resource management, and quality control. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong planning and organizational skills and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
Perform project risk analysis to identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project objectives.
Review project budgets and cost estimates, considering materials, labor, equipment.
Monitor project expenditures and track costs against budgets throughout the project.
Coordinate materials, equipment, and services necessary for project execution.
Oversee quality control requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and owners.
Support employee development and evaluation.
Qualifications:
Position will be in Fort Worth, Texas
10+ years of progressive experience with a heavy highway or civil construction company
Bachelor's degree preferred
Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel to out-of-town project sites when necessary
Compensation Package:
Starting Salary commensurate with experience; $120,000-$140,000 per year
