Our client, a multidisciplinary law firm in the Plymouth Meeting, PA area, is seeking a General Liability Paralegal to join their team! The role is for the General Liability Litigation department focusing on insurance defense work.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Must be able to independently subpoena, review and summarize discovery responses and medical records completely.
- Schedule, notice, confirm, gather and produce all records related to Independent Medical Examinations.
- Send relevant calendar invites for deadlines with strong follow-up skills.
- Motion drafting includes motions to compel, sanctions, for extraordinary relief and motions to enforce subpoenas.
- Perform verdict searches, docket searches, social media and background searches.
Qualifications:
- At least three years of Litigation Paralegal experience
