Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Director Clinical Research at Clinical Trials Center of Middle Tennessee. The Director Clinical Research will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical research activities, including conducting research, managing staff, assisting with study start up and oversight and assisting in the growth and development of the organization. This role is an on-site position located in Franklin, TN.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in clinical research and clinical trials
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Management skills
• Effective communication and collaboration with medical professionals and staff
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple research projects
• Experience in data collection
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Science, Healthcare, Medicine)
• Master's or Ph.D. degree in a related field would be beneficial
