Job Details

The Cook is an essential member of the team. The success of the restaurant depends on providing a superior product which is key to the overall customer experience. The Cook is responsible for following documented preparation and cooking techniques to ensure high quality and food safety compliant products are being served to our guests. In order to guarantee superior results, the Cook must adhere to the proper execution of brand approved preparation procedures.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Use the correct tools to prepare, cook, and present our products
Maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked area to ensure food quality
Maintain and regularly clean cookers inside and out
Manage oil/shortening levels and regularly inspect oil quality
Deliver quality products that meet company and brand expectations

Requirements:
Must have good personal grooming
Must have good communication skills
Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs
Able to conduct motions such as: pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
Must complete Chicken Mastery training program with RGM verification
Must complete FSCC (Food Safety Compliance Certification)
Must complete CORE training
