***What You Will Do:***
As a sales manager, you will lead business growth within a set of new and existing customers. You will be responsible for sales pursuits of highly engineered components and sub-systems from our 3 business units: Components; Utility Control Systems; and Displays and DCU. You will work closely with business unit leadership and product line teams, providing strategic and tactical direction to the cross functional proposal and pursuit teams and developing offerings to our customers, from the initial lead all the way to contract closure. * Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering or Business. MBA is a plus!
* Prior key account management experience are desired
* Demonstrated success closing large sales on major programs and a track record of sales accomplishments
* Excellent networking skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to travel as required, up to 50% of the time
