Flow Automotive Companies is seeking an experienced automotive General Sales Manager. We are seeking applications from those who have demonstrated success as automotive sales managers and have a pattern of "sticking around" - the ideal candidate will not have worked at more than two dealership groups in the last 5 years.APPLICANTS MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS AN AUTOMOTIVE GENERAL SALES MANAGER. Others need not apply. Premium brand experience is preferred.Our General Sales Managers must be adept at working a plan for success and understand the processes necessary to achieve their objectives. They are able to readily assess the capabilities, progress, and efforts of their staff and spend their days developing their salespeople, not desking deals. If our sales managers are off their forecast, they need a plan to improve. If they are hitting their forecast, they need a plan to excel. We train our sales managers in our way of doing things and help them adapt to the new automotive marketplace by providing the correct tools and processes to succeed.The successful applicant will have exemplary customer satisfaction scores.
