We are seeking a Real Estate Analyst/Property Inspector to join our Third-Party Administration team. The Real Estate Analyst will coordinate and perform property inspections and provide support to our underwriting teams, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD by reviewing third-party reports. The Real Estate Analyst will also advise underwriting and complete lease audits, rent roll analysis, and other work as assigned.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Consult with underwriters to determine which third parties to engage, including the Capital Needs Assessment (CNA) provider, Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) provider, and appraiser.
  • Coordinate the site inspection with owner representatives and third parties.
  • Complete lender site inspection.
  • Review third-party reports, and coordinate report revisions and final reports.
  • Complete lease audits, rent roll analysis, etc.


Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and feedback skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external business partners.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize work.
  • Eager to learn.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Direct experience with Capital Needs Assessments (CNA), Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), and appraisals is preferred but not required.
  • Travel is required to perform site inspections nationwide, 40%-50% of the time.
