Our Housekeeping Supervisor supervises and coordinates activities of personnel engaged in cleaning/disinfecting the facility on an ongoing basis in order to meet state and federal and ASI requirements and to provide clean living and working environment. Assigns duties and instructs workers in collection, assembly and arrangement of articles within the facility such as all common areas, resident rooms, nurses' stations, etc. Inspects facility for completeness of housekeeping duties and instructs personnel to meet required standards. Prepares schedule for assignments and maintains work performance records. May perform duties as part of team. and works with administrator and other department heads as part of an interdisciplinary team to meet state, federal and ASI standards as well as OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Grade school education
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations and state/federal guidelines
• Familiar with lock out / tag out procedures and use of personal protective equipment
• Must have housekeeping experience
