We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Construction Inspector with 5+ years of experience to join our team. This position involves construction phase testing and inspection.
Responsibilities:
* Perform field testing of construction materials (soils, concrete, masonry, and steel);
* Communicate with project managers and sub-contractors regarding inspections, observations, and testing results;
* Transportation of sample materials for laboratory analysis;
* Preparation of field data and technical reports; and
* Travel to various construction sites to conduct inspections.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
* 5 years experience in field construction inspection and testing;
* Bachelors Degree;
* Nuclear Density Gauge Operator certification;
* ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade 1; and
* At least two of the following NJ DCA certifications.
* Concrete Placement Special Inspector
* Reinforced Concrete Special Inspector
* Structural Masonry Special Inspector
