Our client, a leading global transportation services company, is expanding its team and seeking a dynamic International Logistics Coordinator to support the growing business. This role presents a unique opportunity for exposure to key stakeholders and clients in transportation coordination.
International Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation
- Coordinate and book ocean shipments with carriers, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients via email and phone
- Monitor and track shipments throughout the entire export process
- Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all export activities. Utilize logistics software and systems for efficient data management
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays in the export process
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to find effective solutions
