1st Shift Office Clerk - Bonuses and GREAT Benefits!

Position Details:
Seeking an Office Clerk to start as soon as possible. This is a 1st shift position with the hours of 7:00am-3:30pm, with ability to work overtime. With starting pay of $17.00/hr.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
Oversee the daily activity of the shipping and receiving specialists, warehouse workers and inventory clerks to ensure products are delivered on time, inventory is accounted for and all supplies are replenished regularly.
Job responsibilities:
- Accept and sign for all deliveries to warehouse, factory or stockroom
- Oversee processing of customer orders
- Review all shipping labels and packaging to ensure that meet federal regulations
- Order supplies
- Maintain, manage and schedule inbound and delivery schedule
- Ensure all orders are delivered in a timely manner and all deadlines are met
- Address and resolve delayed shipment issues
- Act a liaison between customers, suppliers and company
- Report any issues or problems to company manager
- Ensure expenditures are with company budget
- Prior computer experience is required with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with WMS systems is helpful, but not required.
