COMPENSATION:

  • (AM Shift) 6:30 am - 2:00 pm starts at $19.00 + Uncapped Bonus!
  • (PM Shift) 1:30 pm - 9:00 pm starts at $21.00 + Uncapped Bonus!
  • Uncapped Bonus! Average monthly bonus is $2,500 with Top Performers earning $4,500 a month in bonuses alone!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Schedule homeowners for free home improvement estimates - No Cold Calling
  • Follow up with previous customers for new opportunities
  • Work effectively with a team of money-motivated professionals
  • Meet and exceed outbound call volume and production goals
  • Coordinate with leadership for personal growth and advancement opportunities

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to remain in a seated position for multiple hours at a time
  • Entering text or data into a computer utilizing a traditional keyboard
