Responsibilities
- Responsible for testing physical and mechanical properties of incoming and outgoing graphite products.
- Documents test results for every inspection both on paper and digitally.
- Keeps up with lab inventory on a weekly basis and notifies Lab Manager on when we are low.
- Ensures all finished production material is tested and meets standards in a timely manner.
- Maintains quality control for all material tested.
- Make recommendations for adjusting process conditions to ensure that quality standards are met.
- Works with production in product development and moving non-conforming material that is segregated.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area.
- Adheres to all safety protocols.
- Responsible for organizing and maintaining the Lab Retain Sample Room.
- Supports the organization on specific projects to promote the overall technical growth of the company.
