Sweep areas at Old Field House, Basketball/PE Locker areas-Gym Concession area, and Athletic bathrooms. Cleans all sanitary fixtures and drinking fountains daily or as needed. Keep grounds free from rubbish around Stadium, Baseball Field, and Gym. Keeps all floors in a clean and attractive condition and in a good state of preservation. Reports needed building repairs and any damage to school property to the Athletic Director promptly.Refuge Responsibilities: General custodian duties, ground maintenance, building maintenance and preventive maintenance. Sets up equipment/rooms needed for meetings or activities scheduled at the Larry Box Environmental Education Center. General mechanical care of equipment. Performs other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director or the Superintendent.Minimum Qualifications: Certification of good health signed by a licensed physician. Ability to read basic operating instructions and write reports. Demonstrated aptitude for successful completion of the tasks assigned. Experience as a custodian.
