The Accounting Clerk is responsible for Accounting and Engineering administrative duties.This position supports the smooth and efficient running of the Finance and Engineering Departments. Duties include and are not limited to the following:

Finance

  • Accounts Payable processing
  • Reviewing P-Card Transactions and follow up regarding receipts
  • Work with Shared Service Center with regards to group billing - AR responsibilities
  • Review daily audit items
  • Assist with projects from DOF and ADOF.
  • Support during month end process

Engineering
  • Submitting purchase orders, maintaining department checkbook and keeping track of payments to ensure invoices are paid and up to date
  • Creating Purchase Orders
  • Data entry
  • Preparing contracts for execution
