ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND DAILY TASKS
- Part of milling team; sorting and stacking of lumber off of machine centers, grading, cleaning, wrapping product, banding and tagging.
- Inspects finished products for quality.
- Understands and observes all safety policies and procedures.
- Interprets job orders assigned.
- Coordinates with forklift operators, saw operators, and production management.
- Performs other duties as required by management.
- Willingness to learn and advance within the company.
- Learning to operate block saws.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and on occasion up to 80 pounds.
- 90% of work to be performed in an outdoor environment subject weather, noise, and dust.
- Ability to read, write, and do basic mathematics.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
