Summary of the position with us:

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operational Finance Manager to join our largest operating region in our company. As the Operational Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations across our regional projects, ensuring financial health, compliance, and strategic decision-making.


Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Develop and execute financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for regional projects.
  • Analyze financial performance, variances, and trends to provide actionable insights to management and Corporate finance
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure financial objectives align with operational goals.

Cost Management:

  • Monitor project costs, analyze cost drivers, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Implement cost control measures to maintain profitability and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular cost reviews, with operations, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Business Partnering:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to regional stakeholders, providing financial guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and operational excellence.
  • Act as a liaison between finance, operations, and senior management to align objectives and priorities.

Financial Reporting and Compliance:

  • Assist Corporate Finance with analysis of P&L related to Great Lakes and input for cash flow projections, as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies.
