Qualities of a Good Griller
- Efficient: A good griller works quickly and efficiently to provide the quantity of products needed to keep up with our volume of business.
- Organized and Focused: A good griller stays focused on one or two tasks at a time and completes those tasks before moving on to something else.
- Attention to Cleanliness and Sanitation: Much of a griller's job is involved with maintaining standards of cleanliness in the kitchen. A good griller must be aware of our cleaning and sanitation standards and must maintain them consistently.
- Warm and Friendly: A good griller must possess a personality that will make our guests feel at home and confident that they are receiving what they ordered.
- Team Player: A good griller is always aware of what's going on in the kitchen and is ready and willing to help others get the job done.
Cashier Functions and Responsibilities- Greeting and serving customers
- Upselling to customers
- Ringing guests' orders into the POS system
- Properly charging the guest and collecting payment for orders providing each guest with a receipt
- Processing credit, debit and gift card transactions
- Answering the phone
- Interacting with customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Maintaining cash drawers counting cash drawer at the beginning and end of shift
- Stocking counters and holding cabinets
- Cleaning tables and chairs and collecting trays
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organized work station
- Maintaining sanitary standards keeping floor in work area clean and free of debris
- Being a team player - supporting and assisting your fellow team members whenever possible
