**Description**
Since our founding in 1915, Western Specialty Contractors has grown to become the nations largest specialty contractor in its field. We specialize in masonry and concrete restoration as well as preventative waterproofing of buildings and structures. We have a part-time opportunity available for a custodian to work at our corporate office. This part-time position offers 30 hours per week that includes benefits. The hours are somewhat flexible working from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily/no weekends unless necessary.
We are looking for a responsible custodian to maintain our facility. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a custodian role focused on cleaning, building upkeep and maintenance repair.
**Duties**
* Maintain the cleanliness of the building
* Empty trash daily
* Clean 4 restrooms daily
* Mop floors in all areas twice weekly
* Stock and maintain supply closets daily
* Vacuum carpeted areas bi-weekly
* Clean countertops in kitchen daily
* Dust as needed
* Drop off mail to Post Office daily
* May require lifting of boxes and moving to basement
* Special projects as assigned
* Notify management of building deficiencies or needs for repairs
* Background in light handy work preferred
* Follow all health and safety regulations
**Qualifications**
* High School diploma or equivalent
* 4+ years of custodial experience
* Able to pass background check and drug screening
* Integrity and ability to work independently
