**Co-Nanny needed for 3 infants in Escondido**

College Nannies & Sitters Escondido, CA This wonderful family of 5 is looking for a helpful co-nanny!
They have three young children and a full-time nanny. The family is looking to add one more nanny to even out the adult to child ratio during the busy parts of the day. Your primary focus will be on one child at any given time. You will help keep the daily schedule,
i. e. feeding, active play, and nap schedule. Provide a minimal amount of baby-centered cleaning tasks. The ideal candidate will be reliable, energetic, engaging, and have good communication skills. This is currently a temporary position, predicted to last 4 months.
Position Highlights: Gain experience while working with and learning from primary nanny! Qualifications: Have at least 6mos of infant experience, a reliable vehicle to reach their home, and glowing references from recent childcare positions. Must be vaccinated for COVID-19 and the Flu. Set yourself apart: Have knowledge of child development practices. Able to take direction. Occasionally available for weekend work. Able to avoid using products with heavy fragrances. Schedule: M-F 20 hrs per week with opportunities for more hours. Preferred schedule 10am-3pm, but flexible/negotiable Pay: $18/ hour All applicants must first interview with a CNS specialist.
Qualifying applicants will meet the family prior to being hired. Please note that during this time of COVID-19, College Nannies + Sitters expect all employees to follow CDC guidelines and ensure best hygiene practices when working and in their personal time. This family is following these recommended guidelines cautiously and conservatively and expect the caregiver to do the same to keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible.
