Warehouse Supervisor - Alchemy Global Talent Solutions

Alchemy is working with a well-established Moving and Relocation company based in Dallas, TX who are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor.

This is a position focused on the coordination of both operations and activities within the company s warehouse.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor include, but are not limited to:

Maintain the warehouse database and manage the inventory.
Coordinate the product movements and schedules, including finished product storage and shipments.
Implement and maintain the daily production and shipment plans.
Arrange for the storage of any excess stock.
Modify the storage space assignments to help manage the finished product daily flow.
Verify inventory records to confirm item availability prior to shipping
Direction of forklift drivers storing goods, including operating forklift trucks if needed.
Documentation of all related activities, and completion of all forms and reports.
Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Skills and Requirements:

1-2 years of warehouse experience, including strong policy and procedure understanding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills.
Adaptability and ability to learn product codes and terminology quickly.
Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screening.
At least two years of forklift experience, preferably currently holding a valid forklift certification, including both cherry pickers and standard forklifts
High school diploma required.
