Outside Sales for Advisor/Bank/Platform Sales:

Lumenai plans to hire an outside sales professional to introduce prospective clients to our firm and its services, offer consultative advice to senior-level executives, including CEOs, CIOs, and division heads, onboard new clients, and raise revenue and AUM from advisors, banks, and platforms.

The optimal prospective clients often need a new or better investment product offering, are less focused on investing than asset raising or financial planning, are currently short of time and need to improve efficiency and scalability, or want to improve their returns or alpha.

The outside salesperson will work with an inside salesperson, who will contact prospective clients on behalf of the inside salesperson to ascertain the prospect's fit/interest and arrange a call or meeting for the outside salesperson.

Successful Candidate:

The successful candidate will have strong CEO/CIO-level relationships with advisors, banks, and platforms, have created a successful sales process with a history of increasing revenues and AUM, be willing to implement Sandler techniques in their sales process, manage their inside sales support, and be a strong team player with good communication and project management skills.

We prefer the successful candidate to be able to synthesize complex materials and topics, like AI, into a simple and clear message appropriate for the level of each individual prospective client (from basic knowledge to advanced).

The candidate will also be self-motivated and view this as an opportunity to make their mark , both financially and professionally, based on hard work and company results.
