Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role as a Restaurant Manager located in Bismarck, ND. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
QualificationsMinimum of 2 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to work in a team environment and motivate staff to achieve goals.Knowledge of P&L statements, food cost, and inventory management preferred.Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer complaints or issues.High school diploma or equivalent required.English proficiency.
