Reporting to the Senior Director of Investor Relations, Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Investor Relations. This role will be responsible for helping to implement Kiniksa s investor relations strategy and programs.
This role is based in our Lexington, MA, office. Our office-based employees follow a hybrid schedule of 4 days in the office, and 1 day remote.
Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Contribute to the design and implementation of an IR program that is aligned with the company s strategy and goals
- Formulate messages to educate the capital markets on Kiniksa s corporate strategy, execution, opportunity set and potential risks
- Monitor and analyze sell-side financial models and valuation frameworks
- Track and provide feedback on changes to the shareholder base, investor sentiment, peer performance and capital markets trends
- Understand innovative and best-in-class IR strategies and tactics through peer and industry benchmarking
- Prepare investor presentations, draft press releases, conference call scripts and Q&A documents
- Detail target investors
- Manage relationships with third-party service providers
Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree (MBA or other advanced degree a plus) with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including writing and editing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects
- Ability to work well and enjoy a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis as well as interpret information and financial concepts
