Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic and experienced Associate Director/Director of Clinical Operations to lead our clinical development programs. Reporting directly to the VP of Clinical Operations, this role will be pivotal in driving the success of our oncology pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and management of clinical trials from Phase I through Phase IV.
  • Oversee CRO selection, contract negotiation, and management to ensure successful trial execution.
  • Develop and implement clinical operations strategies to meet project timelines and objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical development, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, and other teams to ensure alignment and success.
  • Be and individual contributor who is directly involved in the day to day.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of successful trial management and execution, including oversight of multiple trials simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of GCP guidelines, FDA regulations, and industry standards.
