CHF has an immediate opening for a Sales Manager in its Irvington NY office. Salary is negotiable and benefits are included.
Primary Responsibility
Gathering information on assigned clients. Contacting clients to understand their requirements and providing after-sales support to retain customers.
Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- 3-5 Years Sales Experience Required (Home Textiles Experience a Plus)
- Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
- Effective presentation skills
- High degree of professionalism
- Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Strong computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales to assist in creating profitable wholesale assortments that visually align with brand standards and address product voids.
- Collect and distribute all necessary product information for new collection launches to wholesale partners for open line eCommerce.
- Review account sales budgets and actual performance with the Sr. Sales Manager on a monthly basis. Execute assigned objectives to drive sales.
- Work closely with Sales teams and Product Managers to ensure Retailer needs are being met.
- Support sales team to drive sales volume on specific retailer accounts to achieve category targets.
- Manage all sample and image requests for all accounts.
- Collaborate with CHF Analysts on product cycle codes and inventory needs as they relate to customer inquiries and optimizing sales.
- Manage accuracy of blanket orders with customer service with respect to in stock designations and cycle codes to ensure excellent service levels to the consumer.
- Review retailer web sites on a regular basis to ensure correct pricing, image presentation, and ensure overall customer experience is maintained.
- Support CHF Design and PD by creating product PowerPoint presentations for customer meetings.
