Mold Setter Job Description:

Major Duties:Change Molds. Set presses up for production.

• Monitor operations of the press to ensure accuracy of the output.
• Perform any adjustments to maintain production of good parts.
• Perform any minor maintenance to press, auxiliary equipment or molds.

Day to day responsibilities include:
Maintaining a clean work environment at all times.
Following all aspects of processing safety protocol.
Contributing to a highly productive, efficient and team-oriented work environment.
Ensuring the safe and efficient operation and set-up of complex injection molding equipment
Setting and adjusting molds prior to production
You will need to have the ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions.
You have to have a get it done attitude and an urgency to resolve problems/tasks.
Working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously is needed.
You will need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
Able to demonstrate mechanical aptitude
