**Position:** Indirect Sales Representative **Location:** Mobile, AL
**Job Id:** 453 **# of Openings:** 1 **First US Bank is hiring for an Indirect Sales Representative** The Indirect Sales Representative ensures that all contracts are in compliance with company policy and all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and guidelines. **POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:
* High School Degree or equivalent required; college coursework in finance or business is desirable.
* 6 months 1 year of work related experience; preferably as a Indirect Sales Representative in the finance industry.
* General knowledge and understanding of the regulations, state and federal laws, procedures and principles of consumer/sales finance lending.
* Requires good interpersonal skills; ability to effectively interact with all dealers, management and customers.
* Knowledge of operating computers and applicable software systems.
* Ability to operate standard office equipment including copier, fax, 10 key calculator and scanner.
* Must be detailed orientated.
* Ability to work in a fast paced work environment and complete tasks within time limits
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Flexible hours will be required on a regular basis.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
* Provide superior customer service in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
* Input sales applications into the system from the time received to funding.
* Contact dealers and/or customers when information is needed for application.
* Process paid-out accounts.
* Put together all sales file folders and file.
* Track/follow-up on title applications.
* Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures, state and federal laws, regulations, and guidelines at all times, including but not limited to Fair Credit Reporting Act, HMDA, RESPA, and Bank Secrecy Act.
* Track all collateral insurance to make sure its up-to-date.
* Complete lien filings online.
* Process and send out Adverse Action letters.
* Process returned mail.
* Perform collection duties on past due accounts, including inside collections as well as minimal outside collections (field calling).
* Perform any other duties needed.
