**About the role:** The IT staff will ensure all necessary software components and corporate hardware are seamlessly integrated and functioning properly to support data-driven operational systems. This position requires the ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, configure and maintain computer equipment, and support a variety of industry-standard tools and proprietary software systems.

**Responsibilities**

+ Maintains a strong customer focus in providing services, at times conferring with vendors, partners, and clients.

+ Capable of comprehending, analyzing, and troubleshooting highly complex systems and production processes.

+ Self-starter with the ability to balance a sense of urgency against measured thinking and attention to detail.

+ Manage internal cloud hosting environments and deployments.

+ Support on-call rotationHardware and software support.

**Requirements**

+ 3-5+ years of relevant experience required.

+ Technical skills with macOS.

+ Experience with cloud services such as AWS and Okta.

+ Written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with system users and other technical colleagues.

+ Able to diagnose and resolve issues across multiple communication protocols, networks, and operating systems.

+ Experience working with virtual servers.

+ Strong attention to detail.

+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

+ Knowledge of programming languages.

+ Familiarity with endpoint management and VPN technologies

+ Experience with administering Cloud Service Providers (ex: AWS and GCP)

+ Managed a large fleet of computers.

+ Experience with Jamf and/or Jira.
