Construction Project Manager


Job Details

  • Manage and attend all meetings with staff, job site meetings, client meetings and subcontractor meetings as required
  • Prepare and distribute all meeting minutes
  • For clients and trades, prepare and manage all change orders
  • Prepare project cost analysis (budget review, costs-to-date, cost-to-complete)
  • Issue progress draws, process subcontractor invoices, and pay applications.
  • Review and work in conjunction with the Purchasing Department for the buyout and scope qualification of the project as well identify the lead times for submittals, materials, fabrication, shipping and installation.
  • Prepare, track and manage all subcontractor RFI and responses from designer/engineer

(Tracking open RFI s; PDF to RFI folder on server & PDF responses from designer/engineer)

  • Review, track and manage all required project submittals,
  • Prepare Punch lists, tracking, and execution

Requirements:

  • Must have not less than 5 years experience as a Project Manager in a ground-up construction environment
  • Must be proficient in plan reading
  • Must have at least two years post high school education in construction management, business or a related field of study
  • High-end / luxury brands experience preferred
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • Additional languages a plus
  • Must be proficient with Procore, Outlook, Microsoft Projects, Excel and Word. Autocad a plus
  • Must be a team player and a self-starter
