The **City of O'Fallon, MO** is looking to hire a dependable and customer service-oriented **Custodian**
As part of our Facilities Maintenance Department, you will be responsible for the custodial maintenance of the Renaud Center. We are looking for individuals who can work a mostly daytime shift, with hours that include a weekend day.
As a Parks Maintenance Worker, your duties and responsibilities will include:
* Cleaning bathrooms and restocking supplies.
* Cleaning offices, including floors, blinds, and furniture.
* Emptying trash and recyclable materials.
* Making minor maintenance repairs.
* Reporting maintenance needs to appropriate personnel.
* Unloading and inventoring cleaning supplies.
* Laundering towels and mop heads.
* Stripping and waxing floors.
* Removing snow from sidewalks.
* Assisting with setting up for meetings.
* Performing related duties.
We're looking for someone who is knowledgeable of the tools, equipment and methodology of building custodial maintenance.

Requirements include:
