**Social Media Creator Partnerships, Assistant Manager (1786)**
Emeryville, CA / Biossance Biossance Marketing / Full-Time The Biossance division at Amyris is looking for an Assistant Social Media Creator Partnerships Manager to support the Social Media & Content team. The ideal candidate is passionate about the creator landscape and has an excellent understanding of the use and role of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube). A key part of the role will be building and nurturing relationships with creators, and you will have the professionalism to coherently brief them on our content needs and discuss the more intricate details of contracts. This role will report to the Senior Global Social Media & Content Marketing Manager. **Responsibilities:**
+ Own the day-to-day management of our creator program for social contentwhich includes sourcing and identifying new creators in alignment with our goals and strategy, writing clear content briefs
+ Negotiating talent rates, content usage and contracts, budget management, evaluating opportunities & monitoring success of program
+ Coordinate talent integration into Biossance content and social strategy
+ Develop reporting and feedback loop with creators including overseeing tracking process to maintain internal databases on creator integration - deals, editorial content, and payments
+ Be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with creators
+ Work closely with Social Media team on the creation of a monthly content calendarincluding conceptualizing ideas based on overarching content strategy
+ Assist Social Media team as on-camera talent when needed for in-house photo and video shoots for brand assets
+ Be responsive to breaking news/events and identify emerging channel trends which provide Biossance an opportunity to tell our story
+ Follow social media news and developments, such as algorithm changes or new features, trends, popular creators and competitive watching
+ Support miscellaneous team needs and events as needed
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 4-6 years experience in social media and content creator partnership management roles
+ Must have demonstrable and significant experience acquiring and managing content creators on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube
+ Experience negotiating agreements with creators and/or creator reps/managers
+ Great partnership and relationship-building skills
+ Must be highly knowledgeable of trends in the social media industry, best practices by platform and a passion for testing, learning and figuring out how to maximize performance in each platform
+ Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
+ High proficiency in Microsoft Office, reporting and analytical skills
+ Proficiency in social apps are a plus
+ Exceptional written communication skills with keen attention to detail
+ Self-starter, ability to thrive in a fast paced, start-up environment
+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
+ Proactive with a positive can do attitude no matter the task at hand
+ Creative thinker to help drive exciting, disruptive content and campaign
+ Ability to adapt to change, meeting the changing demands of the work
