Job Details
Oversee and provide direction for employees and subcontractors to ensure the timely completion of projects while keeping costs to a minimum and maintaining a quality and safe environment. Prepare equipment inventory and track material usage. Monitor and report equipment and vehicle utilization.
Qualifications
- Good communications skills, leadership ability and strong experience in the telecommunications and electric utility services area
- Proficiency in Microsoft tool set - Word and Excel are required
- Being Proactive - Good skills to interact with team members and raise issues as necessary with options for resolution
- Coach and train in areas of deficiency
- All training performed in the field at site and on the job
