**Sales Manager Rewards:**
* Total annual compensation up to $70,000.00
* $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 salary + monthly incentive

**Sales Manager Responsibilities:**
* Leadership, motivation & development of Sales Associates
* Assist in the leadership & development of other team members
* Help maintain branch compliance
* Utilize existing lead generation & advertising programs to ensure the appropriate quality & quantity of loan applications are met
* Ensure a high level of customer service
**Sales Manager Requirements:**
* Sales Manager, Sales Team Leader, or Senior Sales Rep experience
* Able to work some early evening & Saturday work hours
* Good leadership & customer service skills
* Good computer skills
* Detailed & organized
* Valid driver's license
**Sales Manager Experience That Works Well:**
* Retail commission sales (furniture, appliance, cell phone)
* Sub-prime consumer finance (sales, loan, credit, collections)
* Rent-to-own, title loan, payday loan, or cash advance
* Insurance, mortgage, real estate management
* Call center/telemarketing
* Door-to-door sales
* Business management
* Related sales management
**Sales Manager/Assistant Store Manager Work Hours:**
* No Sundays
* 5-day work week schedule
* Work most Saturdays with a weekday off
* Location hours 9-7 Mon - Fri & 9-4 Sat
* Average 45 hours each week
* One Saturday off each month
