**Sales Representative (North Bay)**
SALES Santa Rosa, California Minimum Experience **Experienced** Compensation **Based off Experience** Atlas Tree is looking for an experienced, self-motivated, energetic Sales Representative for our Tree Care division. You should be a driven, self-starter with great attention to detail whos looking to work with an awesome company with lots of opportunities for growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Certified Arborist Certificate within one year of employment- Training provided
* 3 years of tree care industry experience
Primary Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers
* Develop and maintain a schedule to perform site walkthroughs during formal meetings with customers to ensure quality and service expectations are met
* Lead and facilitate or assist in the resolution of customer problems and/or concerns
* Proactively present site enhancement ideas to the customer
* Ensure renewals of each current account within the customer portfolio
* Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary services
* Ensure a safe environment for employees, customers, and the general public
* Generate referrals from existing client base and communicate to the Director of Sales
* Develop accurate estimates for both new and existing clients
* Communicate regularly with the Operation Managers/Project Managers to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded
* Manage service delivery to specified scope of work
* Ensure branch financial goals met by maintaining acceptable gross margins for both base contract work and ancillary services.
* Coordinate consistent and timely site visits with Operation Managers
* Participate in company meetings and assist in division goals and overall leadership of the department
* Update client information as needed
* Other tasks and duties as assigned by the President and CEO.
